All is Not Wells

David Wells won't talk to the media (or at least, he won't talk to the CHB).

Oh, and Dan thinks the Sox should keep him.

That's all for today, folks.

(Almost forgot: Jeff Horrigan wrote about this yesterday.)

Am I the only one that wonders whether it's fair to generalize that if someone won't talk to the CHB, they "aren't talking to the media?" I love how he extrapolates that out.

I'm trying to picture the reaction whenever a group of Sox players see the CHB ambling up to them. I bet you can all but hear the needle scratch.

What do the Sox veterans tell the newbies about dealing with CHB? If they talk to him, he'll use their own words against them. If they try to ignore him, he'll backstab them.

I suppose they should adopt the Billy Mueller defense - speak in cliches and talk about God a lot. CHB ignored Muller, so it must have worked.
