Pasty Dan
Shaughnessy must have been feeling a little pasty. He has returned to Florida to work on his tan and write about pasty college students who stand enamored of their big league heroes. (Last year he called them pasty white so a little variety is good) Not a bad article. And it is always nice to have a reference to Schilling holding court with the media.

Often when I read CHB's "witty" descriptions I wonder, "What is his point?" This was, once again, one of those times. Why does he seemingly derive pleasure out of picking on college kids? Why does he need to make fun of the same things over and over and over again? I haven't watched the NESN spring training broadcasts, but so what? Is there really a need to point out the apparent silliness in EVERY article? Not to mention his childish need to include Schilling in practically EVERY column.
Its as if the CHB thinks he's still writing for his high school paper...
