Yes. He was playing below replacement level for over a year. Any decent AAA player can do what Hanley was doing.

Yes, Dan. There is no telling which Hanley would be available, and the count down for the option in 2019 would be an ongoing oppression. Losing Hanley was addition by subtraction, and you still get to post nonsense teases for attention. I think it is a win-win.
