Bruce Allen's Write Like Dan contest has produced some outstanding parodies. I'm not so sure The CHB himself didn't submit the piece titled, A Prodigal Returns to face Red Sox Nation.
Finally got around to reading all the entries. Some of these parodies are VERY good. I don't know which one to vote for. The best part was the Grey Poupon running theme that almost every entry had. I thought I was going to read more of Larry Bird, the 17% disclaimer, and just a general overuse of parentheses. There was one real good junk drawer one. Hart Brachen was great but it read like Hart Brachen.
